Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat regarding products, orders, delivery, returns, and exchanges.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and product enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team on daily tasks, including data organization and report writing.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about growing a career in Customer Service.
  • Possess a positive attitude with a willingness and humility to learn.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work a 24/7 shift (5-day work-week).
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
