Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat regarding products, orders, delivery, returns, and exchanges.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and product enhancement.
- Collaborate with the customer service team on daily tasks, including data organization and report writing.
Requirements:
- Passionate about growing a career in Customer Service.
- Possess a positive attitude with a willingness and humility to learn.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Able to work a 24/7 shift (5-day work-week).
- Immediate availability is preferred.
